Thank You!

Recently I had the opportunity to work with the beautiful Jennifer Lawrence on a shoot for W Magazine. Here is one of the (somewhat badly reproduced) images from the session. We literally had half an hour to work with her since she was in New York for a very short time and was on her way to shoot a Vanity Fair cover with Annie Liebovitz later the same afternoon. This photograph, taken by my friend Sebastian Smith, is reminiscent of the work of some of the iconic Vogue photographers of the nineteen-seventies, who frequently produced images that intertwined eroticism and humor. Of my most recent work, this would have to be one of my favorite images.
